Definitely a different tripel but it is great none the less. Strong scent of peppercorn but not over bearing with that particular flavor. Very well balanced and smooth. Would recommend to just about anyone.

It's good. It gets a lot better when you get to the last 1/4. Pretty smooth and not a lot of bite. This may sneak up on you, be careful when drinking without food.

Typical of dogfish head there are a bunch of nonstandard ingredients but the end result is a pretty standard and very well balanced triple.
