Supper bitter. But overly coffee like. Boozy but not crazy boozy for a 15%. Could drink. Sipper.

I found it at Timothy O tooles on grand ave! It's not a far as Chicago, it's on the border of Illinois and WI, in gurnee ( between Milwaukee and Chicago). It was a little funky but I would order again!

Vanilla, sweet, bourbon, finishes dry & bitter. Something funky about it, maybe the fungus from the barrels it's aged in.

Unbelievable bcs variation. Aged with a crazy black fungus. Adds an almost Belgian funk to it and way smoother than regular bcs. Downside is you have to go to Chicago to find it
