deacon77 - January 19, 2017This would have almost certainly received a better rating if I had not sampled the far superior 2015 offering along side the 2016. This was a fine dark beer on its own not as sweet as the 2015 which I liked very much but also not as clean on the finish as the 2015 which I didn't particularly care for.
hollydama - August 27, 2014As soon as it was opened, it would not stop foaming, making a mess! Pouring it into a stout glass (even tried a regular pint glass) was a nightmare! Tons of ever-growing foam and very little liquid. Very frustrating after spending a pretty penny on this large bottle of specialty stout.
