Agree that it is more of a sour than an ale, not sure how it is classified- but it?s decent either way and worth a shot. Notes of nice fruit and flavorful either way but it definitely on the sour side

More of a sour, though the farmhouse is detectable, which is the only reason I dont give it only one star. Zero evidence of oak aging. Fans of brett beer will also like. I think Brett sucks cheese, so not for me. The first Jolly Pumpkin beer ive had. They have always been artificially pricey, but this tall boy was about $3.50, not too bad. But not a good beer for non-sour fans.High marks for can design.

For not being dark it's good. Apparently jolly pumpkin only makes sour beer

Very sour at first. Then it grows on you as your pallet adjusts. Gets tastier after the 2nd or 3rd swallow. Sour fruity flavor.

Pleasantly surprised. Didn't realize it was a sour, but I love them. It was great and would buy again
