bugs318 - December 10, 20132007 batch tasted at 7th Anniversary party in 2013: That reddish tinged head reminiscent of barrel aged stouts. great nose. Mostly tart with some sour cherries and hints of dark roasted chocolate. Taste has some toasty sweetness up front but dries out with a uniform tart and lingering finish that lacks the complexity the nose portends. Pretty creamy and only light carbonation. Good not fantastic. 3.75
