Cellar Dweller - January 15, 2015Aged six months. Nice brown bourbon ale. Pours brown with a thin tan head that quickly dissipates to a ring around the glass. A mild roasted vanilla and white chocolate aroma. All the taste is in the finish. Vanilla, white chocolate, toasted coconut, a bit of oak tannin. Slight alcohol evaporation burn but hidden very well. Great beer, really enjoyable.
