Nice end note on the beer. Reminded me a little of chocolate. (Flying Saucer)

Nice beer.. Minimal bite.. Brett yeast comes through and gives off some subtle fruit flavors..better than expected.. Great abv for a lighter beer.. 3.5 stars

My least favorite perennial I've tried so far, pretty malty for a Belgian pale, little flavor, and the Brett barely comes through, was hoping for something brighter/more citrus

Beautiful, foamy head that exhibits the Belgian Lace. Amber-ish gold. Citrusy, floral notes in the nose (with a hint of pine?). Medium bodied with ample carbonation. Alcohol dominates the palate with underpinnings of hops.
Not bad.

Smoothest American-made Belgian-style ale I've tasted - must be the Brett. Almost no alcohol mouthfeel at all. One of the few beers that I think could accompany almost any food.
