Very good, can really taste the bourbon!
Also, very good warm or cold

My bottle indicates 12% ABV and 50 IBU. Deep, dark brown with modest ivory head. Malt and dark skinned fruit aromas. Full bodied with abundant, fine, carbonation. Slightly tart/tangy followed with roasted malt and coffee. Not bad.

If you like bourbon you will love this. And at 12% it will do the job just as fast as bourbon. To bad I hate bourbon.

Smooth, and dark. Not very carbonated and overall a good porter
Fireballlk - April 7, 2015
Not 7.8, 12%. Sweet bitter chocolate taste; black. Potent boozy end.

Very good beer! Smooth, easy drinking porter with tons of vanilla and bourbon characters

Pitch black, I couldn't see my iphone flashlight through the glass. Small rim of foam around the perimeter of the glass. Smells a little off, alcohol and a little chocolate. Tastes much better than it smells. Rich mocha flavor, bittersweet dark chocolate, touch of honey, molasses, boozy at the end. Pretty good beer - definitely a sipper.

Great barrel aged, smooth drinking, sipping porter.

As advertised. Exactly what this style should be. A sipper for a nice night of relaxation.

This is not a 7.8%, it is actually a 12%. This should be corrected.
