Nellies Aug 2014. Decent but not great. Clean and crisp but not a ton of flavor. Good summer drinking beer.

Nose: a little acid tingle, slight catbox and lemon, like a mild Sauvignon blanc (from NZ).
Color: hazy, dirty yellow. Stark white head, medium retention.
Mouth: lemon and then growing white pepper which dominates a lengthy aftertaste.
Nice clean, drinkable. Well balanced albeit quite peppery.

Not a typical farmhouse ale. Pours a cloudy pale yellow with a huge white head. Minimal funky smell with a light floral scent underneath. Tastes lightly of honey and lemon and just faintly funky. This high carbonation ale is light and crisp. Best farmhouse I've had so far.

Delicious! Fruity, biscuity, and Belgian-y without being too sweet or heavy. Medium bodied, beautiful cloudy yellow-orange.
10/8/14 update: Bright and clean and fucking delicious, no bones about it.
