jay - January 21, 2012Not a huge fan this year. Finish was really thin. 2010 was twice as good as this year.
HunterDuke - January 17, 2012Aged almost a month. Great thick head and deep red color. Flavor is a great brown ale with big spice hits, chocolate malt and nutmeg afternotes. Overwhelming after a while, but still enjoyable!
HunterDuke - January 17, 2012Aged almost a month. Deep red color is gorgeous, with a big toffee colored head. Flavor is an exceptional brown with great spice and definite hits of nutmeg and rich malt. Anchor never fails to please!
Gazelle - January 4, 2012Sadly, I did not like this beer. The flavor was way too piney for me. I felt like I was drinking some sort of pine needle tea concoction.
