LostInSpace - September 8, 2016Very light head with almost no lacing. Website calls this a Vienna Lager with 22 IBU. They chose the unfortunate name, "Ambar." Initial coppery hit strikes the palate was a jumbled mix of hops and light malt. Fine bubbles force a funky mis-balance with metallic notes. Finish reminds me of a Kölsch. Seems like they were trying for a Austro-German lager, but wound up with a bit of a train wreck. Bought at Walmart in Mexico with a 2/17 expiration date. Will not be buying this beer again.
