undrling@hotmail.com - October 30, 2013Very high in carbonation. So much so, it is like a champagne beer. IPA flavor is good but I can't do the carbonation . Sort of like pop rocks and coke at the start .
badmouthin - April 25, 20134/5. The only thing wrong with this beer is the label. Poured hazy yellow orange with a decent head. Right away I could tell there was a hop character lacking from what you would expect from a CA brewery, as the aroma was rather fruity. I was pleasantly surprised with the flavor profile. No,the hops didnt secretly appear...but a complex flavor profile made itself known. Banana and clove maybe? Almost reminds me of a good wit crossed with a pale ale and plenty of alcohol. If you were hoping for a hop bomb IPA, youve come to the wrong place. If this was simply labeled as a pale ale, then I think the criticism would go away.
