7/30/17 - 12 oz bottle into a pint glass. Pours a straw yellow, little head or lacing and medium carbonation. Aroma is slightly malty with slight bready, yeasty and a somewhat sweet smell with a hint of grassiness. Heavier and more hoppy than a traditional Kolsch. But it's nicely balanced. Hops contribute balance rather than bitterness. Taste is bready and slightly sweet. Slightly more malty and heavy than a traditional Kolsch but not so much that it drastically changes the style. Overall, another solid effort from this brewery.

A typical Kolsch-style brew...flimsy and too sweet

If there were six stars this Ale would get them all. It is awesome.

Very light @ refreshing

Light straw color with a weak head, typical of a kolsch. The flavor and mouthfeel are light, making this very drinkable, but there just isn't much too it.

A bit sweet

Kolch style ale very light refreshing no hint of hops. Good beer but slight aftertaste.

Very dry. Light and refreshing, lack of flavor, mouthful of yeast followed by no aftertaste Can't taste much else

Crisp and refreshing. Yeast with hint of citrus.

Refreshing and actually thirst quenching
