I would try this one again to evaluate more critically. I remember being excited when I saw this beer in the store but being disappointed when I tried it. I have made birch syrup several times and I was hoping that unique flavor would carry through to the finished beer. I did not taste very much birch flavor.

Amazing deep red color with a slightly tan head. Jas a pine smell to it also.
