bobbyhickory - May 31, 2015Crisp and clean with a light sweetness and a nice smokiness that isn't overwhelming. Minor bitterness lingers on the finish with a little smoke.

agruber72@gmail.com - February 4, 2015Little aroma, kind of dry, cold morning grasses if any (le douche). Lingering hoppy dryness after a few sips. Crisp, some malty sweetness, which lends to a fuller feeling beer. More flavor and body, less suds. Great hot day beer
Jrriley - October 10, 2013Not much of a nose. Definite rauchbier heritage but more a smoky wood taste vs pure smokiness. There is a sweetness under the smoky flavor. Very interesting beer that would be great with a BBQ meal.
