jaywill1323 - December 18, 2014Had on cask at cork city 12/17/14 and the sweet and sticky maple flavor really comes forward.
Aromas of maple syrup and subtle citrus. Lighter in body than draft with a syrupy quality on the tongue, 75 min is a mellow ipa with a slight woody flavor, some maple syrup taste and ends with subtle earthy floral and citrus hops. Not a very hopped IPA as the maple really comes to the forefront, but the sweetness is balanced by the hops at the end.
Would definitely have again.

rca.abrams - August 3, 2014One of the better IPAs. Has a tart flavor to it. Must be in the mood for it.

jaywill1323 - July 9, 2014Dark tan in color with a thick frothy three fingers of white head and lasting lacing down the sides of the glass. Aromas of maple syrup and subtle citrus. Medium in body with a syrupy quality on the tongue, 75 min is a mellow ipa with a slight woody flavor, some maple syrup taste and ends with subtle earthy floral and citrus hops. Not a very hopped IPA as the maple really comes to the forefront, but the sweetness is balanced by the hops at the end.

Corkscrew - April 8, 2014Amazing three finger head and lacing. Head retention is amazing. Maple syrup wasn't evident to me, instead got citrus up front that blended nicely into a malty, smooth finish. Highly recommend!
