Great nose of a hot chocolate smooth light malt

Disappointing. Not creamy at all, and quite thin. More like a porter. Some chocolate flavor, but mostly malt. Meh.

Has a vino after taste. Not sure if I don't like it because of the heavy coffee notes of the previous beer or if this just doesn't suit my pallet.

Nice dark chocolate flavor with a slight bitterness on the finish. Better slightly warmed to room temp. When cold, the alcohol is most noticeable. Nice mouth feel with a bit of a kick.

Strong alcohol initially but leaves a good chocolate after taste. Needs to be consumed slowly to appreciate

Too chocolate-syrupy-sweet

Lots of coffee bean and vanilla flavor. Pretty syrupy and thick but certainly a warm beer for winter

Had at Colorado plus brew pub but aged in stranahan's whiskey barrels. Really awesome stout
