Agree with the other comments. Very yellow in color. Smooth and easy to drink. Yeasty is nice. French beer is interesting.

Pours clear yellow much like cider. Smells of green apple. Highly fermented tasting with green apple notes especially at back . Yeasty/biscuity in the middle. For a high alcohol beer, this doesn't have a high alcoholic taste -- quite light tasting and reminds me of white wine. There's a light honey notes with some floral undernotes. There's also a definite earthy notes.
