A bit too sweet...all I'm tasting is Belgian Candi Sugar in this guy.. You could actually see the chunks of it shimmering in the head of the beer when I poured it into a glass... Nice abv not boozy as u would expect...but one and done... Weyerbacher is really hit or miss on Belgian style brews, and brewing in general...2.5... May be generous.. A 20 year anniversary beer should be mind blowing...not like this... Too fucking sweet...go back to the recipe book and tweak this..
