PKS - October 22, 2017Outstanding Octoberfest. Rich malty mouthfeel. Minimal caramel notes. Nice hop aroma under malt nose. Refreshing hop bitterness to balance malt. 10-22-17
Cowboy Mike - September 17, 2017Really nice Oktoberfest. Would not call this over hopped at all. Not quite the traditional marzen, but not too far off, just a nice play on the style.
WhosBarryBadrinath - August 9, 2017Hops dominate and linger. Doesn't resemble anything like a traditional marzen until it approaches room temp. Once it does - it's pretty darn good. That's when the misplaced hops disappear and you get more pronounced sweet caramel malts. Why do American craft brewers have to hop the crap out of everything? You don't need to put a heavy hop twist on every style.
