FabAru - June 24, 2019The 2015 vintage hits the sweet spot. With FOUR YEARS of aging. The aging seems to have mellowed it just enough. The 2016 vintage, which I also had in 2019, was good but still a little overpowering in the hop department. The four years of aging does not subdue it into the easy drinking category, but it makes it a quality bw that you want to drink from the beginning to end the end of the bottle. Could you age it even more? Four works , but five would also probably be good, possibly even better.
