bugs318 - June 18, 2012Lightly cloudy and amber in color with nice fizzy white head, of poor retention and moderate lacing. Strong up front aromas of green apples and earthy yeast, with the apples fading as head quickly recedes. Some yeasty spice like coriander in the flavour along with fermenting apples, lightly drying earthy hops finish. Crisp and tingly mouthfeel. Quite nice!
