The first drink comes with a bite but it flows smoothly after that initial sip.

Enjoying 2/21/16 during Daytona 500. A little too 'rich' for me.

Loved it. Super hard to find in bottles. $10 per 12oz bottle found in Door County. Also on tap at Sail Loft in Milwaukee

Alcohol forward at 18 to 20%. Sweet and malty but harsh if not sipped. Not really my idea of a beer. Bottle to glass at Chris?s.

Strong forward hop flavor that seems to hit a second wind as you swallow. The distinct hoppy bitterness lingers for minutes. Very complex flavors of hop, pine, malt, light citrus. This beer gives you that warm "high" feeling that so few beers can accomplish. It's a one and done beer, but well worth savoring on a rare occasion!
