aaf145 - January 17, 2015Great beer.. Taste very similar to dogfish products like Midas touch and red and white, which also used grapes and were aged in wine barrels... Almost a beer/wine hybrid.. Refreshing beer and great abv.. Another great creation from Harpoon.. 4 stars.
Cowboy Mike - December 20, 2014An interesting blend of beer and wine, that walks that line perfectly. The base beer is very simple, letting the wine be the star, yet it still is very much a beer, that derives it's complexity of flavor from the wine. Hoppiness is very low, color is a reddish copper, with a fizzy head that dissipates quickly.
