jaywill1323 - April 16, 2014Brown in color with a white frothy head and aromas of roasted caramel malt and slight bitter hop notes. A surprisingly flavorful and delightful beer, an exciting twist on a style that I usually don't like (brown ales). Light to medium in body with a dry woody forward with a walnut like flavor, notes of chocolate and a slightly bitter hop finish. Very enjoyable one of the better 100 barrels I've had in awhile.
