bksaddler - October 27, 2014Has a very subtle wheat undertone with strong, but not overpowering, hops. The finale is the typical IPA bitter grapefruit ending on the sides of the tongue. There is a standard IPA nose. The carbonation is very fine with a two finger foamy head. The mouthfeel is thick and frothy. Overall, this is a solid IPA that is not extreme and is rather pleasant and palatable.
(Try drinking it at a slightly warmer temperature, around 45F, and the hops really come to life.)
