I had high hopes for this beer. Anything brewed in a casket of whiskey has potential. I'm not sure which whiskey Indian Wells selected because there is no hint of it in this brew. The beer isn't a bad one, it's good, but it just doesn't stand out from the crowd.

Nice caramel flavor, smooth mouth feel slightly dry " whiskey" bite at finish. Good with Ban Mi sandwich or Pad Thai

Pours copper red. Has a mildly sweet whiskey nose mixed with subtle fig and raisin. Mild hop bite, malty, with a sweet whiskey aftertaste. High ABV as expected so one is more than enough. Pretty darn good...
