Homer's Beer Odyssey - December 1, 2014APPEARANCE - Clear golden with a 2-finger head that dissipates. Great lacing.
AROMA/SCENT - A little sweet, herbaceous.
TASTE - A balance of bitter and sweet, herbaceous notes. Floral. Not overly boozy.
MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - Good carbonation. Light, not gooey.
VALUE - A bit high.
OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - Nice beer, goes down easy.

Beeker - March 1, 2014A fruity champaign flavor a little stronger then I like alcohol taste. Not bad but not great. The dubbel is much better.
