For an imperial stout it has minimal bitterness from grains or hops. Very much a chocolate malt flavor on the front half of the palate. This would be a great beer with a more pronounced finish

Thick, slightly sweet with a coffee undertones. Very tasty, a must try.

Just a step behind big brother unidragon. For a 10 % beer this beer is really smooth and drinkable.

Strong, heavy and kind of sweet. Good.

It gets a 4.5 because of the balance it does not taste like 10% at all! Great roast, smoke, malt, and chocolate!!!!

Great nose. This beer has a nice roasted nutty body. The finish is weak and watery ;.it needs a few years in the cellar.

Snifter - Hay Merchant - better than average imp stout. A little too much burnt flavor on the back end.
