12/23/15 - Tasting with Courtney. Pours hazy yellow with yeast floating. Aroma is banana, cloves and yeast. Taste is same. Great beer.

Colore arancio chiaro, opaco. Schiuma bianca, pannosa, ampia ma poco persistente. Al naso frumento, banana, sentori citirici ed una leggera speziatura (note di chiudi di garofano). Corpo leggero, bassa carbonatazione. Al palato è dolce, dominato da cereali e banana. Finisce un po’ lunga, con un retrogusto appena dolce dove ritornano note di banana. Buona weizen, fresca e beverina, sembra differisca dalla Erdinger “regolare” per una leggerissima speziatura.
