Real nice, Nice and bitter, Nice and hoppy. I love simco hops. But not the best, Cricket Hill's Sim-notic is better. Still awesome. 4-Stars. (Popped a top)

Single hopped with Simcoe hops. Skunky smell, meh flavor.

The unfiltered was actually milder than the filtered.

No pineapple detected, though it's said to be a key component, but definitely a cloudy/fruity/Belgian-looking body and sugary taste. Not terribly smooth, though more balanced than many DIPAs. Good, but not incredible.
