xThe Crowing - April 24, 2014Very sweet almost like a cider, but then a slight subtle bitter, almost like a hint of pepper, possibly the lemon peel coming through the strawberry taste. Pours a beautiful gold/slight orange color. Little to no foam head or ring left on the glass. And it smells of sweet fruits, very appropriate for the summer and this being a seasonal brew
