WOW!! great IPA.. you don't even notice the 9%. very smooth and a great combo with the rye and hops. very bold but not too much to want more. if it wasn't for the price this would be one of my go to beers. it's worth trying it for yourself if your an IPA fan. was suprised with this one..

Really well balanced IPA, the rye just adds to the depth and balance. Fantastic brew!

One of the first high gravity brews available in Hattiesburg, MS. Semi-local brewery. Big, bold beer. Can't drink more than a couple in one sitting.

Delicious, bold, harsh. Great IPA with an excellent finish. Smooth sipper with a heavy bite.

Strong! Spicy, good head, flowery nose, bitter as expected. Overall a superb product from the creators of the delicious Southern Pecan.

Fantastic way to celebrate the change of Mississippi's archaic ABV laws to allow 10% beers. Released on the day the law changed-July 1 2012-it is 8% with no noticeable alcohol burn and a nice hoppy presense with aromatic and a good, though not overwhelming, citrusy taste. Glad I got some on the first day. 4.5 on the beer and the other half for Lazy Magnolia being able to unleash the Beast....LEGALLY
