bobbyhickory - January 1, 2015Smells and tastes pretty much like rum. Not as good as the other Sam barrel aged beers.

Yerfpuppy - December 21, 2014The darker the better is how I start my selection process. Thirteenth Hour did not disappoint! Nice bouquet and complex flavors with hints of chocolate and coffee. The size of the bottle implies you might ought to share with a friend, but I chose to enjoy mine over a few hours paired with a nice, robust cigar.

bknearem_2000@yahoo.com - November 21, 2014Really is my favorite beer, has a great taste. Wish it came in a 6 pack

timothy.w.harford@gmail.com - September 14, 2014Taste of barrel aging not overpowering but notable. Not too heavy.

whomdoispeak@gmail.com - July 26, 2014Good taste overall. However, it seems to have left a strong woodsy after taste for me.

Justin-Burton88 - July 21, 2014Don't open this up as soon as you get home. It needs to sit for a while first. It's unfiltered which means the people getting the sour taste are not letting the beer settle.

dkrenik - June 19, 2014Rich, foamy, finely bubbled head. Brilliant and nearly opaque auburn brown color. Aromas dominated by malt. Medium bodied, highly carbonated, toffee/malty notes cover the palate.

blue_fireball_eater - May 11, 2014Very tasty stout. Great for drinking without food. Hard as fuck to open.
