9/24/15 - 650 ml bottle poured into a Pilsner glass. Pours a hazy yellow with very heavy carbonation. Huge 2" white fluffy head that lasts forever, but eventually settles to a small pillowy top. Great web-like lacing throughout. I couldn't understand why this beer was so cloudy because I've never seen a Pilsner that wasn't a clear straw yellow. Then I read the bottle. "Unfiltered and unpasteurized". An unfiltered Pils.....that's definitely different. Aroma is hops, grain, fruity and slightly skunky. Taste is much the same, pretty typical Pils with a hoppy bitter finish but also a touch of bready yeast as well. Pretty good Pils, I would have it again.
