This is fantastic, a little lighter- it?s a kolsch an from what I understand just about the original, I don?t know how it gets much better- just a tiny bit of bite but a nice flavor good stuff!!

Love this! Nice noble hop aroma. Medium light body. Nice bitter finish. Some fruit like flavors. 8/25/16

8/17/15 - HB tasting with Courtney. 22oz bottle poured into a tulip glass. Light golden yellow color, mild carbonation. Light mouthfeel. Aroma is floral hops, grassy, light malt. Taste is crisp, bready malt, slight bitterness, dry finish, hints of honey and bubbly carbonation. Great beer!

Skunky scent with a bit of a skunky sweet taste

Shipping time and exposure to high heat levels definitely plays a role in these German beers. Must be kept in mind when reviewing and tasting.

medium body, with a good dry finish. Firmly hop forward. Not as balanced as one might like. From the bottle. Poured with a moderate head, quickly fell to a bout an inch high. Moderate carbonation. Much stronger hop forward aroma then restore. Moderate Pilsner malt aroma clean dry finish no fruity esters a parent. Really no sweetness either. Thereisdorf kolsch remains my favorite, and number one Coelsch so far.

Citrus and astringent. Not a fan. More like a strong he'd

Nice. Dry. Similar to a pilsner.
