In no way shape or form is this an Oktoberfest. It?s more like a watery IPA made with crappy hops. I feel like I wasted money. They should not put the traditional light blue and white checkerboard on the can. This misleading. I?m dumping this garbage. Waste of $10. I had to rinse out my mouth.

Not an Octoberfest if that's what you are looking for. But a tasty rye lager

What a pleasant surprise a new take on Oktoberfest beer nice Hoppy taste. Yes still has malt but not quite as strong as normal Oktoberfest beers. Smooth balanced easy drinking

A very different take on an octoberfest but pretty incredible for what it is. More of a rye

A really smooth and creamy rye lager, I really don't get the hoppy complaints from the other posters, but to each their own. This is a great beer to introduce someone to the wonders of craft beers.

Loved it, even the wife enjoyed it! I'm usually not one for hoppy tasting beers, but this one is done right. I will be looking for more.
