Dried fruit on the nose. Carmelly sweet with figs and dates and a boozy finish.

Smooth malty boozy goodness. One of 3 barrel aged bottles I picked up at the brewery. I?m so sleep deprived from vacation I just grabbed the wrong bottle and poured it on my steak thinking it was Worcestershire sauce.

4/26/16- originally called Abacus, a lawsuit caused the name to change to Sucaba. The judge was still not happy so raising a "glass" the "S" was changed to a non-descript symbol

Good stuff. Bottled in 2012 bottle 2. Smells like bourbon, raisin, plum, molasses an a touch of Apple. On pull molasses, plums, chocolate and bourbon. Just yum

This has to be the best barley wine I've ever had. Another great beer from Firestone Walker.

Strong and a little sweet, like whiskey or port. There's no way I could drink a pint!
