bugs318 - December 8, 2011Heavily carbonated with resultingly thick head of thin bubbles that dissipates quickly. Somewhat rocky. Nice grainy aroma and chocolate hints in the first taste. Not entirely opaque. I would call it balanced due to the dry finish, but the excessively crisp, overly carbonated mouthfeel detracts somewhat from the overall appeal for me.
