Piney, hops forward, and well balanced. Must say I've had this out of the bottle and out of the tap at the brewery. Tap kicks ass over bottled, in fact if I had to choose from only bottles, I'd take a few over this. But I fill my growlers up with this...tap Ruination is my all-time top three.

Wow! Very hoppy! Love it. Could have a slightly more even flavor. I might go for a different IPA before this one.

24JUL12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN
Bottle 22oz, 10th Anniversary edition
10.8%, double the hops (total 5lb per barrel), including a pound each of Citra and Centennial in the dry hop.
Very big hop. Super floral aroma which carries over, but has a crazy dank twist. Finishes bitter and only medium dry. Mouthfeel is quite thick, and taste has malt in it, but there's no denying the overwhelming hops of this beer. This is really good, and super "inyourface". I'm actually a fan. It's a little more than I'm looking for, but today, I'm all about it.
