spark540 - November 18, 2014Dark brown in color with a scant amount of head. On first whiff I detected a sour note that became less noticeable as it warmed up. Despite the large bubbles left in the bottle after pouring, it almost had a flatness to it. This is very light for a porter. It has a subtle lemon touch but lacks depth and complexity in flavor. I love St Peter's cream stout so I was hoping this would be on the same level.
Fonar - July 1, 2014Fine traditional porter with coffee and chocolate overtones. Cool oblong bottle. A bit on the flatter side - fine as opposed to overt carbonation.
