Aroma: String and sweet, it literally jumps put of the glass. Even combination of apricot and plum. Appearance: A pale brown bordering on orange. Very much like a well brewed ice tea. The head pours thick and white, hanging out for a bit Taste: Despite the aroma the flavor here is very subtle. Hints of brown sugar and sweet grass flirt with the tongue before disappearing. Though slightly more bitter than you would expect for the style, this seems to only add to the gentle complexity. A light mouthfeel washes everything out quickly, demanding constant sippage. Overall: This beer was designed in honor of a golf course and tastes like a painting of such. The light sweetness and airy, grassy notes scream afternoon on the links. Combined withs it's refreshing lightness and flowing color this could quickly replace iced tea as the refreshment of choice for the links.
