Appearance:dark copper with golden highlights
Aroma: bready, Carmel, slight fruitiness. White head with good retention. Hop residue (cask)
Taste: Pilsen malt profile, slight sweetness (Carmel), earthy hops balance malt profile. Little dms...
Mouthfeel: light bodied, low carb (cask)
Overall: ok Maibock. Picking up a little DMS, too much Carmel for style
