Aged 10 months. Great fruity spicy flavor. Better than your average Belgian. Strong apple taste is dominant. High carbonation.

2013, unaged. Clear yellow with explosive frothy audible white head of slight retention and thin lace. Lightly tart fermenting fruit aromas. Flavour is rind up front with dry white wine and vanilla in the finish. A bit of lactic sourness and hint of barnyard funk but just slight after the dominance of its complexity. Medium bodied and lively on the tongue.

10 month old bottle. Saison like color. Little head. Get the yeast and coriander. Definitely taste the carbonation. Getting banana like notes on the taste. Solid brew but not amazing.
