Aroma is not crazy sweet, but plenty of hoppy citrus. Flavor is as crisp and well rounded as any good IPA, without being too dry. Not out of this world, but a well made ale all around!

Very hoppy but pretty well balanced. A fairly floral bouquet. Really good.

Refreshing IPA. Not overly anything. Just about right on the hops and bitterness. Light mouthfeel makes this ever so slightly bland and a little uninteresting, but very drinkable. Solid.

Hoppy but doesn't feel balanced. Truly middle of the road.

Solid, hoppy, not as balanced as a two-hearted or the like

Pro: more bitter than your average IPA, con: that bitterness is not balanced with floral and pine tones from the very hops that make it bitter. An enjoyable beer, but needs more floral hop character. As can be said for all flying dog brews the artwork is remarkable. So if you want the flying dog artwork and a balanced IPA go for their raging bitch. A little pricier but well worth it.

Very smooth for an IPA. Just under being too dark. Great beer!
