aaf145 - March 7, 2015Really disappointed in this.. Almost like a black ipa... Unlike any imperial stout I've ever tasted.. Lacking that typical dark roasted flavor.. Not getting hints of coffee or chocolate like the bottle states...nice Abv but entirely too hoppy for an imperial stout...Smuttynose is better than this...
prhubbard - February 5, 2015Roasty and toasty. Pours like tar. Imperial flavours and darkness in abundance. Nice flavour if a bit light on the chocolate for my liking. Would recommend and I would buy this again. Yummy.
