bockboy@att.net - September 23, 2015A-. Coffee flavor hides chili aroma and flavor. Pretty complex and fairly dry finish.
chulk771 - April 6, 2015Slight carbonation, kinda smooth. Light-mid bodied, kinda watery. Bitter and hoppy for a stout, flavor isn't well balanced. 3.2
Cellar Dweller - January 25, 2015Stout with chile peppers. Pours black with a thin tan head that clings to the glass from top to bottom. Smells and tastes of coffee. Slight soy sauce finish. No trace of the peppers. Decent but really nothing special.
refresh - December 25, 2014Sorry to say, but this wasn't good. Very disappointing. No heat from the peppers. Was hoping for a little heat. This is one in a series of three beers. I have the other two still to try. Hopefully they will be better.
