Higgsyboy - January 16, 2016Well well, another winter ale. Finely balanced and a great flavor to accompany a deep red color. Not extremely wintery compared to some of the spiced ales out there, but what it lakes in experimental tastes, it makes up for with a full body and a very appreciated smoothness. Caramel? Perhaps - Subtle tastes sometimes elude me, but good beers rarely do. I'll be sure to seek this one out again.
