Let this one sit in a cellar for a year plus and you'll have yourself a well balanced rich and tasty quad.. I was patient after the first over fizzy bottle and I am quite pleased with the result.

A little hot. Perhaps not enough time to let it blossom? Some say smooth but this wasn't. Great yeast contributions. Hop forward for a quad, but in a fun American way. Beautiful nose, and beautiful in the glass. Wish I had another!

First rate domestic Quad. Loads of sweet cherry dominate this great beer.

APPEARANCE - 4FH that lasts, lots of lacing, opaque, amber, foamy.
AROMA/SCENT - Malts, floral, sweet.
TASTE - Malts, yeast, sweet, nutty, coffee, caramel, brown sugar.
MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - Very carbonated, dry.
VALUE - $13.99 for a 4-pack. Good deal.
OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - Too boozy, a sipping beer.

Bottles I had were very highly carbonated which took away from mouthfeel and body. I may age one to dry out and enhance flavors.
