Pours a very bright orange from the bottle to a 2-finger head in a Dogfish Head IPA glass. Moderate carbonation, surprisingly little lacing for 10% ABV. Huge peach and passionfruit aroma. Taste: sweet peach and passionfruit upfront, crackery malt in the middle, a prickley and pleasant bitterness on the back end that lasts into the finish. A warming feel in the back of the throat and chest. Overall: one of the best flying dog single hop IPAs. If you want a great representation of galaxy hops, this is what you've been looking for!

Nice golden color, smooth, strong taste with nice hop flavor that isn't overpowering.
